Lee Jones - Managing Director

With almost two decades of experience within the industry, Lee has a unique approach to security. Overseeing all elements of Stone Security Services offering, operations and client management, Lee has a passion to make the company a leading provider of security and related services in the North West.

Amanda Jones - Marketing Director

Amanda ensures that the Stone Security Services brand remains strong and is continually developed using the company's marketing strategy. Ensuring that the company is clearly represented at every level, Amanda is passionate about maintaining the unrivalled reputation that has been enjoyed to date.

Lee Ingram- Business Development Manager

Lee is a new addition to Stone Security and brings with him a wealth of experience in the management and implementation of improvement strategies within the security services. Former military man, leading into 12 years commercial business development, Lee fully understands the demands of our customers and is responsible for development of new business. In today’s financial climate companies are looking for solutions or alternative solutions to their current security requirements. Lees understanding of both physical and system security will aid in providing a solution that meets the majority of budgets, whilst portraying confidence in his suggestions.

Lee is skilled at understanding the needs of our clients in providing tailor-made security solutions. Lee will also ensure that existing clients’ security provisions are reviewed and evaluated regularly, ensuring the highest standard of care at all times - a standard our clients have come to expect from Stone Security Services.

Caroline Drinkwater

Behind every Business Manager is an Executive Account Manager. Caroline provides the essential link between Stone Security and the Client. As an experienced account manager from a broad spectrum of industries, she brings over 15 years of sales and account management expertise to the team. Caroline proceeds with a pro active approach to managing all accounts, which in turn allows our management team, support staff and security personnel together to deliver an expertly balanced security service with customer care at the forefront.

Scott Gryba

Scott is a valued member of Stone Security management, he joined the company in 2003 as a Quality Manager and is responsible for the maintenance and updating of the companies policies and procedures relating to all relevant industry standards and codes of practice including ISO9001 : 2008 and the Security Industry Authority (Approved Contractor Scheme). Scott is also involved in the recruitment process of all staff at all levels, which includes the vigorous screening vetting progress.

Carl Curran - Security Manager

Carl has been with the company for a number of years and overseas day-to-day running of the security division. Having established a close working relationship with both house and site managers on a number of contracts, Carl is also responsible for the assignment of the security officers ensuring that the contracts run smoothly and procedures are kept in place.
